HERMES 5.1 Foundation & Advanced
Projects in the field of IT, the development and adaptation of the business organization benefit from the clear method structure of HERMES. Thanks to its modular structure, this project management method adapts to the complexity of the project in question. Version 5.1 hits the nerve of the times. It is equipped with additional methods for agile development (such as Scrum).
ITIL V3
ITIL consists of best practices and processes, with a focus on use for IT Service Management (ITSM). It is considered to be one of the most widely used frameworks for deploying ITSM. Always revised, the third version of ITIL describes a framework that is better adapted to today's business environment.
IPMA level C
An internationally recognized certification and a classic among project management methods. IPMA tests theory and practice in project, program and portfolio management. Level C requires professional experience of at least 3 years. It shows that the person is able to lead a limited complex project alone or to take over the partial management of a complex project.
Prince 2
Prince stands for projects in controlled environments, i.e. projects in controlled environments. It teaches the basic knowledge of successfully leading projects using a process-based method. Prince 2 is recognized and widely used around the world.
